Return instructions

Step 1

Download and fill out our return form. Attach and send to form in an e-mail to cs@mallofnorway.com. Subject line: “Return #ORDERNUMBER”

Step 2

Pack the products back into the original shipping box or a new one. Print the filled-out return form and attached it to the packaging.

Step 3

Send the package to the address below with a courier service of your choice. They will provide you access to the tracking and insurance options.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it.
