The exception is information regarding financial transactions that are stored in accordance to Norwegian law. If items are to be shipped later or by complaints/returns we will store data like name, address, phone number and e-mail address to be able to ship the items to you. This is information that will be shared with a third party like mail service or transport services to ship your items to you.

If you buy items in our web shop, we will store and use your information to be able to send you the merchandise. This is information like name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. 5.1 INQUIRIES IN THE STORE
For safety reasons, our store is surveilled by cameras. Recordings are stored by a third party, Kontorland. There is a data processing agreement between the parties. Recordings are deleted automatically after 14 days. The recordings will only be used in case of suspicions of theft or other criminal activities. In the case of these events, the recordings showing these events will be handed over to the police.

When you contact us by e-mail, this information, and if applicable -your personal information- will be stored in our e-mail system. This information will only be used to accommodate your inquiry. Each staff member has a responsibility to go through their e-mail accounts and delete e-mails that are irrelevant, and at least once a year go through their account, deleting any irrelevant content.

When you contact us directly via mobile phone, time and duration of the call will be stored in the phone log.
