We are looking for an enterprising, versatile and committed person as hotel and booking manager for Wangen Apartments by Fjord Resort, to create memorable guest experiences. Wangen Apartments is looking forward to a fantastically exciting time, where you will have an important role in the day-to-day operations and your commitment will be central to the journey ahead.
Your role
Your role will have responsibility for our locations in Aurland Municipality. You can read more about these wonderful places at fjordresort.no.
You will take a leading role in the day-to-day operations. The tasks will vary depending on the season, and the person we are looking for must be willing to roll up their sleeves and help out where needed, when needed. With your experience from the hotel and tourism industry, you must see the whole of the business, and contribute to ensuring that both your employees and guests enjoy themselves.
The position requires a person who thrives in a varied, fast-paced working day, where both practical and strategic challenges must be solved. You have an education in tourism or hotel administration/management, and have experience with booking, finance, budget and target management.
As a leader, it is important that you can motivate and further develop your employees, and lead by example with positivity and determination. It is important that you are interested in people, take the initiative for good conversations and self-development.
Must have a class B driver’s license.

– Good language skills in Norwegian and English, oral and written
