We are continuously working to ensure that the products we sell are high quality and without faults. Sometimes, however, an imperfect product slips through our quality checks. In these rare situations, we will of course exchange it for a new one, or offer you a refund. Please understand that this guarantee does not include issues or faults that are the result of external forces (man-made damages) and/or harsh handling.

If you receive a faulty product, or the wrong product, then please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. See the instructions further down on this page.


A product can be returned within the first 14 days from when the order was received, as long as it has not been used and is in impeccable condition. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you are returning a faulty product, or have received the wrong product, Mall of Norway will reimburse the costs.

Due to strict regulations and possible taxes on returns to Norway, it is vital that you follow in detail the return instructions. If not, import charges may occur from Norwegian customs. These can not be reversed, and in such cases, the costs will have to be deducted from your refund. Please read the return instructions further down.


We accept exchanges within the first 14 days after your order was delivered. If you receive your order, but would like to exchange it for another colour or size, you are welcome to stop by our shop in Flåm. If that is not an option, you should return the product to us and place a new order in the webshop. You first purchase will be refunded as soon as we have received the product you are returning and verified that everything is OK. 

Please note that we only offer exchanges if the product is in impeccable condition and has not been used. For exchanges done through DHL/Posten, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This applies both to sending the product to us, and shipping of the replacement order made by the customer.

  • Return Authorization may take few days.
  • All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by the Mall of Norway team.
  • All sales of underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Please keep your return tracking information and receipt, as this acts as proof of postage. Without this we are not able to assist you. 
  • Important! Shipping costs are not reimbursed, unless you are returning a faulty or incorrect product.
