Mall of Norway is looking for an ambitious new college who likes challenges, finding good solutions and is particularly concerned about providing good customer service. Your working day consists of following tasks:
You will be responsible for training seasonal workers, setting up duty lists and planning staffing needs. You take part in product replenishment, checkout work and other incidental store work. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and carrying out sales activities and campaigns, including looking after the concept, orderliness in the departments and ensuring good product exposure. It is important that you participate in achieving the department store’s sales targets, as well as actively contribute to further developing processes, routines and effective use of IT tools. The position offers good opportunities for self-development.
What we look for:
You have good business understanding, preferably completed higher education. You must have several years of relevant work experience in sales and service. We want you to be a person with good presentation and communication skills, as you work with people from all over the world. You must be fluent in English to communicate in the best possible way with employees and customers. It is a big advantage if you have good Excel skills. You should take initiative, act with confidence and be able to work independently.
